Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of products by HotelOrder.eu ("we", "us", "our") to business customers ("you") within the European Union. By placing an order or requesting a quote you accept these terms. HotelOrder.eu sells on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only; we do not sell to consumers.
1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are quoted per box or pallet and exclude VAT. An order becomes binding once we issue an order confirmation.
2. Prices & VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. For intra-EU B2B sales, the reverse-charge mechanism is applied where you provide a valid VAT identification number; otherwise local VAT may be added. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the confirmed price.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30). We reserve the right to require advance payment for first orders or to suspend deliveries on overdue accounts. Late payments may incur statutory interest under applicable EU late-payment legislation.
4. Delivery
We ship from warehouses within the EU, typically delivering within 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. You must inspect goods on receipt and report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours.
5. Returns
As a B2B supplier, we accept returns only for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or supplied in error, provided they are reported within 7 days of delivery and returned unused in their original packaging. Customised or special-order items are non-returnable. Approved returns are replaced or credited at our discretion.
6. Warranties
Products are supplied to the specifications described in our catalogue. To the extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond those specifications.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and the courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or commercial protections under EU law.
